How To Rent

  1. Add your items to the wishlist, add the date/time of your event and click “send”.

  2. We’ll promptly reach out to ensure everything is correct and you have everything you need.

  3. Choose between: in-store pickup, delivery & setup or delivery with tech support.

  4. We’ll send you a quote and once it’s signed we’ll send you a confirmation email.

 

In-store pickup

  • No fee.

  • Pick up/drop off at our warehouse in Sterling VA, during business hours (or by appointment).

  • We’ll have a tech there to ensure you know how everything works and you are successful using our products.

Delivery

  • Variable delivery fee.

  • We’ll deliver the equipment at your specified time and location.

  • We’ll pick up the equipment when you’re done.

Delivery with setup & tech support

  • Variable delivery and tech support fee.

  • We’ll deliver and setup the equipment at your specified time and location.

  • (Optional) Have a tech operate the equipment during your event.

  • Delivery before your event, tear-down immediately after event.
